How many years is my Tom Carter timepiece guaranteed for?

  • All Tom Carter timepieces come with a two year international guarantee from the date of purchase, and one year extra guarantee upon guarantee registration on our website.

What information is most important inside the guarantee card?

  • It is important that you read the user manual carefully before using your timepiece in order to avoid causing any damage to your timepiece, which will cause your timepiece to be out of warranty.
  • At the back cover of the user manual the guarantee card is attached. In the section marked ‘Registration Number’ please ensure that there is a sticker there with a series of letters and numbers. This is your unique registration number, you will need this in order to register on our website for one year extra guarantee for free. Also, please keep your guarantee card in case of repair.

  • Yes. For timepieces that have been purchased from our webstore and are under guarantee, please contact us by filling this form. Upon our reply you can send your timepiece back to us and we will repair the timepiece within 14 working days. We will send you back your timepiece at no extra cost. For timepieces that have been purchased from our webstore but are out of warranty, please contact us by filling this form. We will give you the cost of repair and if you choose, you can send your timepiece back to us for repair. We will repair the timepiece within 14 working days and send it back to you. Only the cost of repair will be charged.
